Welcome to the 3rd Grade!
About Me
My name is James Pham, and I am the 3rd grade teacher at St. Cyril and Methodius. This is my second year teaching at this school, and I am grateful to be a part of this community! I am a part of the Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) program with the University of Notre Dame, and I am receiving my Master's in Education from the university.

Our Classroom
This 3rd grade classroom revolves around positive reinforcement, curiosity, enthusiasm, respect, and responsibility. I set high expectations, and I am confident that each student will meet and exceed these standards throughout the year.
Parent / Teacher Communication
Parents and teachers are on the same team with the same goal: To teach/educate their child. Therefore, I reach out to parents to provide updates on their child, and I give both praise to their child and work through difficulties with their child, if needed. Moreover, I send out weekly email newsletters, outlining important reminders and updates on the 3rd grade classroom. I strive to work with parents to best serve the students' needs.
