Mrs. Novak's 4th Grade Class Information
Welcome to 4th Grade
- About Me- My name is Victoria Novak. This is my second year at SSCM. I am the basketball coach for both 4th and 5th grade boys and girls. I am originally from Chicago. I attended Catholic School almost my whole academic life.
- Education/Experience- I have my bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of St. Francis. I was an analytical chemist before going through the alternative teacher certification in Core Subjects 4-8. I am CPR Certified. I have four years of education experience.
- Favorites- God, my family, and students are my whole heart! I love all sports and outdoor activities. My favorite color is teal. My favorite Saint is Saint Elizabeth of Ann Seton. I love coffee and Hobby Lobby!
- Our Classroom- In fourth grade we continue to grow in math, writing, and literacy skills. We will focus on evaluation and critical thinking skills. Students become more responsible in a variety of areas especially in their own education. Spiritual growth and individual growth are emphasized. All curriculum is aligned with the Diocese.
